Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions for The Circle of Sun (Sončev krog) calendars have been drawn up in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and international codes for e-commerce.

The online shop is open to all individuals and legal entities. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, through the order form on the Slovenian website or by email to koledar@krogsonca.si in Slovenian or English. The purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded when the seller confirms the order (the buyer receives an email confirming the order). From that moment on, all terms are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer.

Calendar prices

All calendar prices are shown in euros (€). Prices are final and apply only to purchases made through krogsonca.si. Prices apply to calendar pre-orders.

Payment methods and terms

The online shop offers payment by pro-forma invoice, which is sent to your email address once your order has been reviewed and processed. The pro-forma invoice is paid to the bank account of GRAFIČNO OBLIKOVANJE NEŽKA BOŽNAR S.P. at OTP bank. Account number: SI56 0400 0027 8584 911. Once payment has been made, your order is confirmed and goes into production.

Delivery

The calendars will be available at the beginning of November and will be delivered to your address. We will let you know as soon as possible about any changes. We offer a 100% guarantee on your order, and if you are not satisfied with it, we will refund the purchase price.

Goods must be delivered within the promised time. Delivery costs are charged according to the published price list. Delivery is free of charge for larger orders.

Returns

On receipt, the buyer must check the goods and report any irregularities or damage immediately to the carrier or, in the case of collection in person, to the staff at the company's premises, and then agree with the company on a replacement or a refund. When buying goods, the buyer has the right to notify the company in writing within fourteen (14) days of receiving them (by email to koledar@krogsonca.si or by post to GRAFIČNO OBLIKOVANJE NEŽKA BOŽNAR S.P., Bohinjska Češnjica 89, 4267 Srednja vas v Bohinju, Slovenia) that they are withdrawing from the contract. If the buyer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, they must send or deliver the goods to the company undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same quantity, at their own expense, within thirty (30) days of giving notice of withdrawal.

The company is not obliged to accept goods that are destroyed, damaged, (partly) lost or reduced in quantity, unless this is handled as a complaint, the goods were already in that condition before they were received, and the buyer/recipient immediately reported this to the company, the carrier or the seller from whom the goods were received. A copy of the original invoice must be enclosed. If the buyer has notified the seller of withdrawal from the contract in accordance with the applicable legislation and these terms, and has returned the goods within the statutory period undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same quantity, the company will refund the purchase price already paid as soon as possible, and no later than 15 days after receiving the returned goods.

Data protection

We guarantee that your data will be treated confidentially, carefully protected and never passed on or sold to third parties (except in cases of unlawful activity, in accordance with the applicable legislation). The data collected will be used only to carry out your purchase.

Language

These terms are a translation of the Slovenian Splošni pogoji poslovanja. In case of any discrepancy, the Slovenian version applies.
